Very friendly people who answered the phone and they managed to get the flowers delivered despite my wife being on a different floor of the hospital than she was when I initially made the order. That's really about the only positive thing I can say. I realize when you order flowers they won't look exactly like what you ordered, but what my wife got was drastically different. At least try to use the same variety as what I picked. Despite that, wife loved them, so ok. Then I noticed the balloon I purchased was missing. I called and they did refund most of that, I paid $6.95 for the balloon and they refunded $5.00. I had tipped the florist and driver $5 each, so I guess I got the tip back from the florist. BTW, the tip was placed hoping it would get a nice arrangement. I know better than to tip in advance. The icing on the cake was the card. The message had my wife's nickname spelled wrong. I did double-check to make sure I entered it correctly, I did. Overall, just not a great transaction.

I don’t recommend ever ordering bouquets to be delivered, but in this situation my brother and his mom lost their loved one yesterday and I’m in a completely different state. I’m very happy with the delivery as it was delivered the same day I ordered them so I give them credit for that. I spent $84.47 after taxes and the $9.99 “independent florist platform fee”. They definitely don’t look exactly like the picture. The vase is not all white, but I do appreciate the little cross on it. The flowers are not all white as I was expecting. I do think there are less flowers than in the picture, which is a bummer but overall satisfied.

I received this Absolutely Beautiful Floral Arrangement for Mother’s Day! It also had the cutest purple Butterfly! I should also mention it was delivered early! Bouquets of Pearl you are Amazing! I would highly recommend!

I just walked in needing a bouquet to take to my mom at The Woodlands Nursing Home. Mrs. Pam asked me how much I wanted to spend, I said Kroger had a bouquet that was $26 and way overpriced for what it was. I said I wanted bright colors because my mom is visually impaired. She whipped up a beautiful little bouquet w/hot pink & purple and yellow flowers and put them in a basket in the green foam stuff because she knew The Woodlands wouldn't let my mom have a glass vase and charged just $23. I added a cute little blue Easter bunny to hang on the side and it was PERFECT! Thank you Bouquets of Pearl!

We have used Bouquets of Pearl twice and you won’t get better prices and customer service anywhere! Mrs. Pam put together 3 huge arrangements for us in 24 hours and then let me borrow a prop from her shop! She cared and completely nailed in the vision! As long as I am in the Jacskon Metro area she will always have our business!!
